Orthotists interested in providing Neuro-IFRAH® Products must first sign a license agreement issued by the Neuro-IFRAH® Organization.  The Neuro-IFRAH® Organization can be contacted directly by calling (858) 550-1455, or by emailing them at info@neuro-ifrah.org.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out the Prefabricated/Semi-Custom Orthotics and Therapy Aids Order Form and please mail or fax the completed forms to:

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt Monday through Friday. Items in stock will then typically ship via UPS 2^nd day air (except for deliveries to CA, AZ, UT, and NV, which will ship via UPS Ground).  If an item is not in stock, or if it is a semi-custom order, or an order with optional components, items may be delayed another 3-5 business days.  If you need an order right away, next-day air delivery may be made available.
